We had some issues with the product but got very good service from the support. Thank you and good luck!
It's a foam square. The only additional function is the + which is supposed to make noise when you hit it. Ours didn't work correctly. It only makes noise if you pick it up.
I love it.There's a bit of a delay after hit, but overall a fun accessory to just smack even when not fuming.
my mom bought me this and it's really cool! it took a while to get here but it's soft as a pillow and i can annoy my brother with the sounds from it! the type of cover this has also allows for you to basically draw on it by moving the strands around to change the color from lighter to darker! The one gripe i have with this is that the sound thing fell apart quickly. the plate infront of it isn't attached so the chip wiggles around inside and moves back and makes it difficult to plug in, and also the on switch cap fell off within a few hours making it even more difficult then it was already to turn on. the halfway in connection through the plate caused the drive to corrupt and i had to rewrite the config file and re-add the sounds but it's still fine, i just have to use a small thin thing to push in and flip the switch.
Its great but if you slam it, the surface that its sitting on will still shake and the sounds are really delayed.
